Converga gets recognised for being a Great Place to Work!

Tania James, GM People & Culture, represented Converga as a guest speaker at IBM’s Business IBMConnect2014Connect “Smarter Workforce” series. This event took place around Australia & NZ with over 2000 business leaders attending. Tania was selected to sit on the IBM Speakers Panel in Sydney on Tuesday, 13 May as a result of IBM, our ONE Voice engagement survey provider, recognising the great work that Converga are doing for their employee’s around engagement and performance enablement.

The panel discussion topic was “Remaining competitive in today’s changing corporate landscape” – from an HR leadership perspective.  The emphasis was around how Converga are harnessing the power of their people and building a smarter workforce for the future. The Panel was chaired by the Chief Human Resources Officer, IBM Australia and New Zealand. joined the Organisational Learning & Culture Director of SBS and Head of Culture and Engagement of AMP on the panel. Converga was selected from the hundreds of organisations that participate in the IBM engagement survey each year.
