Converga commenced operations as Outsource Australia (OSA) in 1994, then known primarily as an innovative outsourcer of mail, logistics, reprographics and records management services. With increasing demand for strategic information management services, OSA developed “Converga”, specializing in Business Process Outsourcing with a focus on paper to digital document conversion. OSA officially changed its name to Converga in June 2008.
